Product(s) can be returned if:

• Hair extension(s) are in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Hair extension(s) are within the bundle category/in bulk.
• Hair extension(s) are NOT custom-colored/blended.

The refund will take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on customer's bank institution. And, the customer must pay a restocking fee of 10-15% of final product cost. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the liability is on the vendors' behalf, the customer will receive a full refund within 3 to 7 business days, and shipping methods and associated costs can be arranged by both parties.
