01. The Order
When will I receive my order?
Michelle's Fantastic Hair operates with UPS shipping & handling services for a cost of $20.00 (insurance included). After being processed, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days. For orders placed before 4:00pm EST/EDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00PM EST/EDT will be processed the next business day.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time?
If the order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at +1 (305) 621-2326. Our staff will notify you about any important updates on your package and, if requested, provide you with a UPS tracking number.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final, however exceptions apply. Product(s) can be returned if all the following apply: 1. hair extension(s) are in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached; 2. hair extension(s) are within the bundle category/in bulk; 3. hair extension(s) are NOT custom-colored/blended. Or, if the order is wrong or a mistake has been made on our behalf. Customer must pay a restocking fee of 10-15% of final product cost. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return my order?

Once I've returned my order, when will I get my refund?
If item is returnable (refer to item #3 on this column), it will take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank institution, to get your money refunded. Please note the customer must pay a restocking fee of 10-15% of final product cost. If the liability is on the vendors' behalf, you will receive a full refund within 3 to 7 business days.
How can I pay for my order?
You can use any of the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

02. Hair & Customization
What is the equivalent to a pack of hair?
One pack of hair is equivalent to 3.5 ounces or 100 grams.
How much hair do I need?
We will recommend using two packs of hair (7 ounces/200 grams). However, for more volume and a fuller look 3 packs (10.5 ounces/300 grams) would be ideal.
What type of hair are we offering you?
Our hair is sourced from all the world. As long as the hair is in its virgin state, we can categorize it or pre-select it and use it within our Kelly Collection.
What is virgin hair?
We consider a hair 100% virgin after the hair has been sourced and no chemicals nor dyes has been used in it; in other words, when the hair is left in its natural condition.
Is all our inventory virgin?
No. Under the parameters of virgin hair, any hair that has been dyed or altered form its original form is not considered virgin; this includes some of our light brown and blonde hair. However, we do have a selection of natural blonde colors, of which customers will be informed in advance.
What makes us different from other hair shop/company?
We offer a wide hair selection with the aim of providing you the perfect hair fit. Our working method is based on customization in order to provide you a unique experience from the scalp to the tips.
What lengths we offer?
Our hair length ranges from 14” to 34” in most of our products. However, keep in mind that virgin hair does not come in a pack and is not wefted. Because of this reason, we use about 1” of the hair to do the weft.
Can I make my own color combination?
